I’m Eve—Christian mindset coach, speaker, and fellow overthinker turned thought-captive-taker. For a long time, my inner soundtrack was stuck on repeat: “Am I good enough?” Spoiler alert: I am in Christ, and so are you.
Here’s what I’ve learned: God cares about all of you—not just your spiritual life, but your thoughts, emotions, and even how you care for your body. When you align every part of your life with His truth, real freedom shows up.
Whether I’m coaching one-on-one, sharing on the podcast, or speaking at events and churches, my mission is the same: to give you biblical truth and practical tools so you can ditch the lies, renew your mind, and live bravely in God’s purpose.
